P.T. Dwi Sumber Arca Waja (DSAW) was established in 1995 to manufacture large diameter steel pipes and structural tubulars. The Company is a multi-national joint-venture consisting of German, Japanese, British and Indonesian shareholders. The plant is located at Kabil Industrial Estate, Batam Island in Indonesia which is about 20 km from Singapore.
Customer requirements, industry standards and established procedures form the basis for our Quality Assurance program, which is certified by ISO 9001 & licensed to manufacture API 2B & 5L.
Through each stage of production, starting from order of raw materials to the shipment of Customer Orders, DSAW's Quality Department thoroughly tests, inspects and verifies the compliance of products to Customer's Specifications.
DSAW's manufacturing system ensures full traceability of all products manufactured with test data that are regularly analyzed to ensure quality. Test results are provided to Customers on request.
PT DSAW has been able to establish itself in the International Pipe and Tubular Market and is now a Major International Competitor in the supply of Bend and Roll Pipe and Structural Tubular.
